Persuade the board of existing artists that it might be you. Apply for review by submitting 5 top examples of your work. And persuade them for the invite! You have to keep in mind two things. 1. You can only apply to once a month. 2. The board of artists has only one invite a month to give away! (The designers will elaborate why they gave the invite to a selected newbie artist; so critique will be visible).
